Better all-in-one CRM

Switched from Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign and found HubSpot's all-in-one approach easier to manage without juggling multiple tools. The CRM is intuitive and the marketing automation feels more polished, which saved me a lot of time setting up campaigns. The only downside is the learning curve with some of the advanced features, but overall it’s worth it.

Worth the investment

HubSpot isn’t the cheapest option out there, but the way it streamlines our sales and marketing efforts makes it feel like a smart investment. Our team saw a noticeable boost in lead management and email automation, which translated into better ROI than we expected. Saved time but clunky and slow

We were drowning in manually tracking leads and trying to organize follow-ups, which was a nightmare for our small sales team. HubSpot’s CRM actually helped us get a handle on the basics like contact management and email tracking, which saved some time. But honestly, it felt clunky and slow, and some of the automation promised just didn’t work the way we expected, so it ended up creating more headaches than solutions. Definitely not worth the cost for how limited it was for our workflow.

Helped with contact chaos

Our sales team was drowning in disorganized contact info and manual follow-ups, which was slowing down our entire pipeline. HubSpot helped by centralizing all our contacts and automating some basic email sequences, so at least follow-ups weren’t falling through the cracks anymore. That said, the reporting tools felt a bit clunky and it took a while to customize workflows to fit our exact process, which was frustrating. Overall, it solved the contact chaos but still needs work to truly fit smaller teams like ours.

Good tools but pricey tiers

Smooth setup with clear guides

Great for team collaboration

Decent tool, slow adoption

Our team of about 10 started using HubSpot mainly for tracking leads and managing customer contacts. Getting everyone to actually use it consistently was a bit of a challenge since some folks preferred sticking with their old spreadsheets, and the interface can feel overwhelming at first. Collaboration between sales and marketing improved somewhat because everything was in one place, but it didn’t completely solve communication hiccups. Overall, it’s helpful but took more effort than expected to integrate smoothly into our daily workflow.

User-friendly and feature-rich

Tried both Salesforce and Zoho before landing on HubSpot, and what stood out was how intuitive HubSpot's interface is, especially for managing contacts and automating emails without needing a ton of setup. Salesforce felt overwhelming and Zoho lacked some customization options we wanted. HubSpot strikes a good balance between usability and features for our small marketing team.
