Good features, but clunky

After a few years with HubSpot, I've seen it add useful features but also get more bloated and slower to navigate. Some tools work well, but others feel half-baked or overly complicated for what I need.

Decent but a bit pricey

HubSpot offers a solid range of features, but the pricing can get steep quickly, especially when you start adding needed integrations. For small teams, it might feel a bit pricey given what you actually unlock with the lower-tier plans. I found that while the platform does help streamline marketing and sales, the return on investment isn't as clear until you commit to the more expensive packages. Overall, it's decent value if you can fully utilize the tools, but there’s a risk of paying more than you really need to at first.

Strong email tools, okay reporting

The email marketing tool in HubSpot is exactly what we needed to streamline our campaigns, especially with its drag-and-drop editor and solid automation options. I also really appreciate how the contact management system keeps everything organized without getting overwhelming. That said, the reporting dashboard could be a bit more intuitive when trying to pull specific insights quickly. Overall, it's a solid platform that handles the essentials well.

Smooth and Clear Setup

Setup was surprisingly straightforward and I had most of the basics up and running in under an hour. The onboarding materials were clear and helpful, which made the learning curve much less intimidating than I expected. Still, a few advanced features took some digging to figure out.

Solved Our Lead Tracking Mess

Smooth and straightforward setup

Cleared up lead chaos

Good but gets pricey fast

Tried both HubSpot and Zoho CRM before settling on HubSpot, mainly because its interface feels cleaner and it's easier to get basic workflows up and running. That said, compared to Zoho, HubSpot gets pricey pretty fast once you want more advanced features. I also checked out Pipedrive but found its reporting less flexible, which was a dealbreaker for us. Overall, HubSpot works fine for smaller teams but can get overwhelming and expensive if you’re growing quickly.
