Helpful for Team Collaboration
Our team of about 10 shifted to HubSpot last year, and it definitely made tracking leads and collaborating on client follow-ups smoother. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a challenge at first, especially with different levels of tech comfort, but once the initial learning curve passed, communication really improved across departments.

Good but a bit overwhelming
I gave HubSpot a try after switching from Mailchimp and Zoho CRM. While HubSpot’s interface is cleaner and the all-in-one setup is convenient, I found it a bit overwhelming with features I didn’t really need, which made the learning curve steeper for our small team. Compared to Zoho, it felt pricier, especially when trying to access more advanced features. That said, the reporting is solid and the customer support was pretty helpful when I hit snags.

Overpriced for the value

Tried Zoho CRM and Salesforce before HubSpot, and while HubSpot's interface is easier to navigate, it feels limited unless you pay for add-ons. Wish the email automation was more flexible without upgrading plans.
