Helpful for Team Collaboration

Our team of about 10 shifted to HubSpot last year, and it definitely made tracking leads and collaborating on client follow-ups smoother. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a challenge at first, especially with different levels of tech comfort, but once the initial learning curve passed, communication really improved across departments.

Good value despite price

HubSpot isn’t the cheapest option out there, but for the features and time it saves me, it’s absolutely worth the cost. The ROI really shows once you get everything set up and running smoothly.

Good but a bit overwhelming

I gave HubSpot a try after switching from Mailchimp and Zoho CRM. While HubSpot’s interface is cleaner and the all-in-one setup is convenient, I found it a bit overwhelming with features I didn’t really need, which made the learning curve steeper for our small team. Compared to Zoho, it felt pricier, especially when trying to access more advanced features. That said, the reporting is solid and the customer support was pretty helpful when I hit snags.

Great for team collaboration

Overpriced for the value

HubSpot feels way too expensive for what you actually get. We hoped the ROI would justify the cost, but after a few months, it’s hard to see the value, especially for smaller teams on a tight budget. Some features are useful, but overall it doesn’t feel like it’s worth the hefty price tag.

Solid CRM for the price

HubSpot’s tools make managing contacts and tracking deals way easier than I expected. Took a bit to get used to the interface, but once I did, it saved me a lot of time.

Great automation, clunky CRM

The email automation tool saves me a ton of time with follow-ups, and the reporting dashboard makes tracking campaigns straightforward. The CRM is solid, but sometimes feels a bit clunky when managing large contact lists.

Good but feels limited

Tried Zoho CRM and Salesforce before HubSpot, and while HubSpot's interface is easier to navigate, it feels limited unless you pay for add-ons. Wish the email automation was more flexible without upgrading plans.

Good automation, weak reports

Smooth setup with minor hurdles

Getting HubSpot up and running was smoother than I expected. The onboarding guides really helped, and I had the main features set up within a couple of hours. There was a bit of a learning curve with some of the deeper tools, but nothing overwhelming.
