Decent but a bit clunky
HubSpot’s alright for managing contacts and emails, but some features feel kinda clunky and it’s not always the easiest to figure out. Took me a bit longer than I thought to get stuff working right.

Saved us from lost leads
Our small sales team was constantly missing follow-ups and losing leads, but HubSpot's deal tracking and reminders helped us stay on top of everything way better than before. It’s saved us from dropping the ball on a bunch of opportunities, though the reporting dashboards could be a little more intuitive.

Mixed feelings on adoption
Our team of 8 started using HubSpot last year, and while some people really liked how it handled contacts and tasks, others found the interface a bit clunky and hard to navigate. Getting everyone on board was a challenge since not everyone saw the benefit right away, which slowed down collaboration more than I expected.

Solid but getting pricey
Been with them for over 4 years and while the platform has definitely added new features, some core tools feel clunky and the pricing keeps creeping up without matching the value. Support can be hit or miss depending on who you get.

Solid but needs polish
Started using HubSpot about five years ago for managing our sales and marketing efforts. Over time, the platform has definitely added more features and integrations, which is great, but some updates have also made the interface feel cluttered and less intuitive. I've had occasional issues with reporting accuracy and customer support hasn't always been the quickest to respond. Still, it covers a lot of bases in one place, but I find myself needing to supplement it with other tools for certain tasks.

Great automation, clunky CRM
The email automation feature is exactly what we needed to streamline our marketing efforts without having to juggle multiple tools. Setting up drip campaigns is straightforward, and the analytics give clear insights on what’s working. However, the contact management system sometimes feels a bit clunky when handling large lists, which can slow down my workflow occasionally.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 8 started using HubSpot last year after management pushed for better lead tracking. Getting everyone to actually log their activities was a bit slow at first, but once the sales and marketing folks saw the shared pipelines, collaboration really improved. It’s helped us stay more organized, though sometimes the learning curve can feel a bit steep for new users.

Improved with time and use
After using HubSpot for over four years, I've seen it grow into a much more reliable and feature-rich platform. The updates have made my marketing and sales tasks a lot smoother and more integrated than when I first started.

Solid all-in-one platform
Switched from Mailchimp and Zoho CRM, and HubSpot stood out because its all-in-one approach really streamlined our marketing and sales workflows. The interface is a bit more intuitive than Zoho, and the integration options beat Mailchimp’s limited features. It’s not perfect—some advanced reports are tricky to customize—but overall it’s helped us stay organized without juggling multiple platforms.

Works okay, could be smoother
HubSpot’s alright for managing contacts and emails, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky and overcomplicated for what I need.
