Works well, just a bit cluttered

Honestly, HubSpot’s been pretty solid for managing my contacts and keeping track of leads. The dashboard can get a bit cluttered sometimes, but I like how easy it is to automate emails without much hassle. Wish the reporting was a little more customizable tho, but overall it’s saved me a bunch of time. Definitely worth checking out if you wanna keep things organized without too much fuss.

Smooth setup with minor hiccups

Setup was pretty straightforward and I had most things running within a day. The onboarding materials helped a lot, though some parts took a bit of trial and error to figure out.

Finally Organized Our Leads

Our sales team was constantly losing track of leads and follow-ups, which was causing deals to slip through the cracks. HubSpot’s CRM helped us organize all our contacts in one place and set reminders for follow-ups, making it way easier to stay on top of conversations. The email tracking feature was a game-changer for knowing when prospects actually opened our messages. It didn’t solve everything perfectly, but it definitely got us much more organized and improved our close rates.

Great automation, clunky reports

The email automation feature is exactly what we needed to streamline follow-ups without having to micromanage every step. Setting up sequences is pretty straightforward, and it’s saved me a ton of time. That said, the reporting dashboard feels a bit clunky and could be more intuitive—sometimes it’s hard to find the metrics I want quickly. Overall, it’s solid and does the job well, just a few areas to polish.

Great email tool, contact mgmt clunky

The email marketing tool in HubSpot is exactly what we needed to simplify our campaigns—it’s really easy to use and the templates save a ton of time. I also like the contact management, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky when handling large lists, which slows me down.
