Organized contacts but clunky reports

Our sales team was drowning in scattered contact info and missed follow-ups until we started using HubSpot. It helped centralize our leads and track interactions in one place, which definitely made things less chaotic. However, it didn’t fully solve the issue because the reporting tools were confusing and limited for our needs, and we still ended up needing third-party add-ons to fill the gaps. Overall, it helped organize us but felt incomplete and clunky when digging deeper into data.

Solid tool that keeps improving

After using HubSpot for over five years, I've definitely seen it grow into a more robust platform. What started as a simple CRM has evolved into an all-in-one tool that actually helps keep my marketing and sales efforts aligned without too much hassle. The interface has improved a lot, and new features like better automation have made my daily workflow smoother. Sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming because of all the options, but overall it’s been a solid investment for my business.

Good value for growth

HubSpot is a bit pricey for small businesses, but honestly the boost in leads and easier workflow made it worth the cost for me. Took a little while to see a solid ROI, but now it’s paying off.

Good but kinda pricey

HubSpot offers a solid set of tools, but I found the pricing a bit steep for what we actually use. It’s great for small teams if you really dive into all the features, but for us, some parts felt unnecessary and added up quickly. Overall, decent value but wish there was more flexibility in the plans.

Easy to use with solid features

Tried Salesforce and Zoho CRM before landing on HubSpot, and honestly, HubSpot just felt easier to use day-to-day without sacrificing power. The interface is way more intuitive, which helped my team get up to speed faster without endless training. I do wish some of the advanced reporting features were a bit more customizable, but overall, it hits the sweet spot between functionality and simplicity. Definitely glad I switched because it streamlined a lot of workflows that were a pain before.

Solid and easy to use

I’ve been messing around with HubSpot for a bit, and honestly, it’s pretty solid for keeping everything in one place without too much hassle. Some features took a minute to get used to, but overall it helps me stay on top of my leads without feeling overwhelmed.

Useful but increasingly complex

Started using HubSpot about five years ago, and while it has definitely added new features over time, some of the changes feel more complicated than helpful. The CRM is solid and easy to navigate, which has been a lifesaver, but the marketing tools sometimes feel glitchy or overhyped compared to what I need day-to-day. Support has been hit or miss depending on who you get, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to solve urgent issues. All in all, it’s been useful, but I’m not sure it’s worth the jump in price from when I first started.

Decent all-in-one option

I tried both Mailchimp and Salesforce before landing on HubSpot, mainly because of its all-in-one approach. It’s great having CRM and marketing tools in one place, but sometimes it feels a bit bloated and the reporting isn’t as flexible as I’d like. Definitely solid, but not perfect if you want a more streamlined or customizable setup.
