Good features, pricey and clunky
I tried both Mailchimp and Zoho CRM before settling on HubSpot because of its all-in-one setup, but honestly, the price jumps quickly and some features feel clunky compared to the smoother interfaces I’ve seen elsewhere.

Smooth setup with helpful guides
Getting everything set up took a couple of hours, but the onboarding guides really helped me figure things out without too much hassle. Took a bit to get used to all the features, but overall it wasn’t a steep learning curve.

Great email tool, contact needs work
The email marketing tool is exactly what we needed to streamline our campaigns—super easy to use and customize. The contact management system is solid, though sometimes it feels a bit clunky when handling large lists.

Great email tools, clunky reports
The email marketing feature is exactly what we needed to keep leads engaged without much hassle. The reporting dashboard works well but could be more intuitive, sometimes it takes a bit to find what you’re looking for.

Good but a bit clunky
HubSpot’s great for keeping all my contacts and emails in one place, though sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky. Still, saved me a bunch of time with automation so can’t complain much.

Really solid CRM tool
HubSpot’s CRM is super easy to use and helped me keep my contacts organized without much hassle. Wish their email tool was a bit smoother tho, sometimes it glitches on me.

Good features but pricey
HubSpot has a lot of useful features, but honestly, the pricing felt a bit steep for what we actually use. It can pay off if you take full advantage, but for smaller teams, it might not be the best bang for your buck.

Great all-in-one CRM tool
I gave HubSpot a shot after using Mailchimp and Zoho CRM, and it stood out mainly because of how seamlessly it ties marketing and sales together. Mailchimp felt limited on the CRM side, and Zoho was a bit clunky to navigate. HubSpot’s interface is cleaner and the automation options hit the right balance—powerful without being overly complicated.

Too costly and confusing
Tried Salesforce and Zoho before but HubSpot felt clunky and overhyped. The interface is confusing and the pricing just doesn’t match the value, way too many hidden fees in my experience.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to HubSpot last year, and once everyone got past the initial learning curve, it really helped keep communication clear. The sales and marketing folks now share notes effortlessly, which wasn’t the case before.
