Saved hours with segmentation
We were drowning in managing multiple email lists and segmenting customers manually for our small e-commerce site. Mailchimp's automation and easy segmentation saved me hours every week and helped target the right promos to the right people without much hassle. The only snag was the learning curve on some of the more advanced templates, but overall it's made email marketing way less painful.

Good value for small teams
The pricing feels fair for the features you get, especially if you’re running small campaigns. It’s a bit pricey once you scale up, but the time saved and better results make it worth it in my experience.

Solid tool for team email campaigns
Our team of about 8 started using Mailchimp to manage our monthly newsletters and campaign emails. Getting everyone on board was a bit tricky at first since some prefer other tools, but once the basic templates were set up, it made collaboration way easier. The ability to assign tasks and see progress in one place really helped streamline our workflow. Only downside is that the reporting features can be a little confusing to some of the less tech-savvy folks on the team.

Way more complicated than needed
Tried to set up a simple campaign but kept running into bugs and confusing menus. Super frustrating, definitely not worth the hassle for me.

Easy and reliable email tool
Mailchimp's pretty straightforward and makes setting up campaigns easy enough. I like how it handles automation without needing a ton of tech know-how. Sometimes the templates feel a bit basic, but overall it does what I need without much hassle.

Solid choice for email marketing
I initially tried Constant Contact but found their interface a bit clunky, so I gave Mailchimp a shot and have been pretty happy since. The drag-and-drop editor is much more intuitive, which saved me a lot of time designing emails. Compared to Sendinblue, Mailchimp's automation features felt a bit more polished and easier to set up, especially for drip campaigns. My only gripe is that the pricing can get steep once your list grows, but overall it’s been reliable and user-friendly.

Automation Saves Time
The automation workflows are super handy and saved me tons of time setting up campaigns. The email templates look nice too, but sometimes they can be a bit limiting when trying to customize layouts.

Mailchimp can be a bit pricey when you’re just starting out, but for the features and ease of use you get, it’s definitely worth the investment. I’ve seen a solid ROI from the campaigns I run, and the automation tools save me a lot of time. For small teams like mine, it's really great value overall.
