Great for team collaboration
Our team of eight started using Mailchimp a few months ago after the marketing lead insisted we switch from our old email tool. Getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected since the interface is pretty intuitive and the templates helped speed up our workflow. Collaboration improved because we could easily share campaigns and access analytics in one place, which made our weekly check-ins more productive. The only hiccup is that sometimes the automation setup can get a bit confusing for new users, but overall it’s been a solid addition to our toolkit.

Worth the investment overall
Mailchimp's pricing felt a bit steep at first, especially when you start adding features, but for what I get in return, it’s definitely worth it. The automation tools and reporting have helped me save time and actually improved my engagement, which translates to better ROI for my small business. I’d say it’s great value for small teams who need robust tools without hiring extra help. The free tier is limited, so if you’re serious about email marketing, expect to invest a bit.

Better interface and templates
Tried Constant Contact and Sendinblue before settling on Mailchimp because the interface just felt easier to navigate and the templates looked cleaner. The automation options aren’t perfect tho, sometimes they glitch when setting up sequences.

Good value for the cost
The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but for the features and ease of use, it’s definitely worth the investment for my small business. I’ve seen a solid ROI since switching over, even if I wish some advanced options weren’t locked behind pricey tiers.

Smooth setup, minor learning curve
Setup was pretty smooth and the onboarding guided me through most steps without much hassle. Took me a bit longer than expected to figure out some of the automation features, but overall had it running in under an hour.

Newsletter Chaos Fixed
Sending monthly newsletters was a nightmare trying to manage contacts and track engagement, but Mailchimp made it effortless with easy segmentation and clear reports that actually helped me improve open rates.

Good value for growing businesses
Mailchimp’s pricing felt a bit steep at first, especially when my list started growing. But the features and automation saved me tons of time, which definitely made it worth the cost. For a small business, it’s a solid investment because the ROI comes from the convenience and improved email performance. If you’re just starting out, the free plan is great, but once you scale, expect to pay a bit more for the added value.

Finally tidied up emails
We were drowning in messy email lists and manual sends before Mailchimp helped us organize our contacts and automate campaigns. It saved me a ton of time, though sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky.

Quick setup with minor learning curve
Getting started with Mailchimp was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guides helped me set up my first campaign in under an hour, which was way quicker than I expected. There's a slight learning curve with the automation features, but nothing that felt overwhelming.
