Simpler and Cleaner HR Tool
Switched from Gusto after struggling with their reporting features, and Namely made payroll and benefits tracking way easier for our team. Compared it to BambooHR too, but Namely’s interface felt cleaner and less overwhelming.

Smooth HR tool with minor hiccups
Our team of about 12 started using Namely a few months ago after the boss insisted we try it for HR and payroll. Getting everyone on board was easier than I expected since it simplified a lot of the paperwork side, but some folks struggled a bit with the interface at first. The collaboration between HR and managers improved noticeably since everything’s in one place, and it’s saved us a ton of back-and-forth emails. Still, I wish the mobile app was a bit smoother—sometimes it lags when you need it most.
