Worth the investment

Namely isn’t the cheapest option out there, but for what it offers, I think it’s definitely worth the price. The platform saves us a ton of time on HR tasks, which has let our small team focus on actual work instead of paperwork. It’s been a solid investment with a clear return in productivity, even if the upfront cost made me hesitate at first. Overall, the value feels spot-on for companies that need something reliable without a ton of extra fluff.

Used to be better

After nearly 5 years with them, the platform feels slower and more buggy than ever. Features that used to work fine now crash or take forever, and support has gotten worse too.

Worth the investment overall

The pricing for Namely felt a bit steep at first, especially for a smaller team like ours. However, after a few months, the efficiency and time saved managing HR tasks made it clear the investment was worthwhile. The platform has helped us avoid costly errors and freed up hours each week, which more than justifies the cost. For what we get in return, I’d say it’s definitely great value.

Reliable and improving HR tool

Started using Namely about five years ago, and it’s impressive how much the platform has improved over time. The interface feels much smoother now, and their HR tools have become more intuitive, which makes managing payroll and benefits less of a headache. Occasionally, some reports can be a bit slow to generate, but overall, it’s been a solid partner for our growing team. Definitely getting better with each update.

Solid all-in-one HR tool

Tried BambooHR and Gusto before landing on Namely, and I appreciate how it balances ease of use with solid payroll and HR features. BambooHR felt a bit clunky for payroll, and Gusto’s reporting wasn’t as flexible. Namely’s interface is cleaner and I found it easier to navigate when managing employee info and benefits.

Better interface and reports

Switched from BambooHR and Gusto, and Namely stood out because it has a cleaner interface and better customizable reporting. The onboarding process felt much smoother, though the mobile app could use some work.

Solid HR tool, minor lagging

Namely’s been pretty solid for managing our HR stuff, especially payroll and time tracking. The interface is clean and easy to figure out, which is a huge plus since I’m not super techy. Sometimes it lags a bit when loading reports, but overall it doesn't slow me down much. Definitely makes handling all that admin stuff less of a headache.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Setting up Namely was surprisingly smooth and didn’t take as long as I expected. The onboarding process guided me through the basics clearly, and I had most of the core features up and running within a couple of hours. There was a slight learning curve when digging into some of the more advanced settings, but overall it was pretty intuitive. Only hiccup was a small glitch with document uploads that took a bit to figure out.

Simplified Payroll Chaos

Our HR team was drowning in managing payroll and employee data across multiple systems, which caused a ton of headaches and mistakes. Namely helped us bring everything into one platform, making payroll runs smoother and data more accurate. It didn’t fix every little thing, but it definitely cut down on our admin time and errors.

Worth the investment

The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but the features and support really make up for it. For the size of our team, it’s been a solid investment that’s saved us time and headaches. Definitely worth considering if you want something reliable and easy to use.
