Managing payroll and benefits for our growing remote team used to be a nightmare with spreadsheets and scattered info. Namely is a bit pricey compared to some other platforms, but honestly, it’s been worth the investment for what we get. Solid HR tool for teams
Our team of about 12 started using Namely last quarter after management pushed for a better HR tool. Getting everyone to actually log in took a couple weeks, but now it’s pretty smooth and helps keep all our info in one place. Collaboration on benefits and time off requests is way easier now.

Getting Namely up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding team was helpful and walked me through most of the setup within a couple of days. There was a slight learning curve with some of the reporting features, but overall I had it working well for payroll and benefits in less than a week.
