Worth the investment
The pricing feels a bit on the higher side, but the streamlined HR features have saved us a ton of time, so it’s worth the cost in my book. For small to mid-sized teams, the return on investment shows pretty quickly once you get everything set up. Definitely an investment that pays off if you use it fully.

Better fit for payroll needs
I switched from Gusto because Namely’s interface feels more intuitive for managing employee data and payroll all in one place. Compared to BambooHR, Namely’s reporting features are easier to customize, which has saved us a lot of time each month. It’s not perfect, but overall it fits our company’s needs better.

Smooth HR integration tool
Our team of about 15 started using Namely a few months ago after the boss insisted we give it a shot to streamline HR tasks. Getting everyone on board wasn’t too hard because the interface is pretty intuitive, and it really helped with keeping all employee data centralized. Collaboration improved since managers could easily track time off and performance reviews without jumping between different tools. It’s not perfect—some features feel a bit clunky—but overall it’s made day-to-day HR stuff a lot less of a headache.

Worth the investment overall
The pricing for Namely felt a bit steep at first, but considering how much time it saves managing payroll and HR tasks, it definitely pays for itself. For our mid-sized team, it’s been great value—especially since it helps avoid costly payroll errors and keeps everything organized. I do wish there were more flexible pricing tiers for smaller teams, but overall, it’s worth the investment if you want to streamline HR without juggling multiple tools.

Good value for the cost
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but the time saved on payroll and HR tasks definitely made it worth the cost. For what it offers, the return on investment has been solid in my experience.

Solid HR tool overall
Namely’s been a solid find for handling all our HR stuff. I like how easy it is to navigate, even when I’m in a rush. The only thing that bugs me sometimes is the payroll reports—they could be a bit clearer. Other than that, it’s been smooth sailing and definitely saves me time every week.

Solid HR tool for midsize teams
We initially tried Gusto for payroll and benefits, but Namely stood out because of its user-friendly interface and stronger reporting features. Compared to BambooHR, Namely felt more tailored to mid-sized companies like ours, especially with its customizable workflows. The mobile app is reliable, which helped our HR team stay connected on the go. Overall, it made managing employee data less of a headache, though sometimes the onboarding setup can be a bit slow.

Saved our payroll headaches
Our HR team was drowning in manual payroll errors and tracking PTO across multiple departments. Namely streamlined the entire process by automating payroll calculations and giving everyone clear visibility into their time off balances. It saved us hours each week and drastically reduced mistakes, making life a lot easier for our small but busy HR staff. There are occasional quirks with the reporting features, but overall it handled our biggest pain points really well.

Been using Namely for a bit and it’s actually made managing payroll way less of a headache. The interface isn’t flashy but it’s straightforward and gets things done without much fuss.

Steady improvements over time
Been with Namely for about 4 years now, and they've definitely improved a lot since I started. The interface is way smoother and it handles payroll like a charm, though sometimes the reporting tools feel a bit clunky. Overall, it’s made managing HR way easier for our small team.
