Smooth HR tool for teams
Our team of about 12 started using Namely last quarter, and after some initial pushback, everyone's actually found it pretty useful for keeping track of PTO and benefits. Getting everyone on board wasn’t too tough since our manager pushed it hard, and now it’s definitely made HR stuff less of a headache.

Makes HR tasks simpler
Our team of about 12 people started using Namely a few months ago after the boss pushed for something more streamlined for HR and payroll. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a challenge at first since some folks preferred the old spreadsheets, but most quickly saw how it simplified tracking PTO and benefits info. Collaboration improved since managers can now easily access their team’s data without having to bug HR every time. There are still minor quirks here and there, but overall it’s made a noticeable difference in how we handle everyday HR tasks.

Smooth onboarding experience
Getting set up with Namely was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding team was helpful, and I had most of the basic features up and running within a couple of hours. There was a slight learning curve with some of the deeper settings, but overall it felt straightforward.

Better than BambooHR and Gusto
Switched from BambooHR and Gusto, and Namely felt way more intuitive for managing payroll and benefits all in one place. The interface is cleaner and makes tracking employee info less of a headache, though I wish their reporting tools were a bit more flexible. Overall, it just clicks better with how our team works.
