Simpler and solid choice
Switched from Okta after finding OneLogin’s interface way easier to navigate, especially for managing user roles. Compared it to Azure AD too, but OneLogin felt more straightforward for our setup without sacrificing security features.

Solid and steadily improving
Been with them for about 4 years now, and honestly, OneLogin has gotten way smoother and more reliable over time. The interface used to feel kinda clunky, but recent updates have made managing users and apps much easier. Occasionally, the mobile app can be a bit slow to load, but overall it's been solid for our company’s needs.

Simplified Our Logins
We were constantly losing time managing multiple passwords across apps for our small team, and OneLogin made it way easier by centralizing everything with single sign-on. It saved us hours each week and cut down on login issues for good.

Reliable and Improving Over Time
After about three years with OneLogin, I've noticed steady improvements, especially in their user interface and reliability. It’s become easier for our team to manage access without constant hiccups.

Solid and Improving Service
Been with them for about 4 years now, and I gotta say, they've really improved the interface and reliability over time. Occasionally the app lags during peak hours, but overall it’s made managing logins way easier.

Difficult to adopt and frustrating
Our team of about 12 was forced to switch to OneLogin by management, and honestly, it felt more like a headache than a help. Getting everyone on board was a nightmare because the interface is confusing and we kept running into issues with account lockouts and syncing problems. Collaboration actually took a hit since people spent more time troubleshooting access than working. It felt like a step backward compared to what we had before.

Useful but not seamless
Our team of about 15 was pushed to switch over to OneLogin last quarter. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a headache since some found the setup confusing and the mobile app glitches didn’t help. On the upside, it did simplify access management across different tools once we got past the initial hiccups. Still, a few people in the team wish the interface was more intuitive and the support quicker when issues popped up.

Smooth team access management
Our team of about 15 switched to OneLogin last quarter, and after a bit of confusion at first, everyone got the hang of it quickly. It’s made sharing access much smoother and cut down the usual password headaches during project handoffs.

Simpler and Effective SSO
Tried Okta and Auth0 before settling on OneLogin, mostly because the setup was way simpler for our team and the user interface felt less clunky. It handles our SSO needs smoothly, though sometimes the reporting features feel a bit limited compared to what I expected. Overall, it just fits well without overcomplicating things, which is why I stuck with it.

Worth the investment
The pricing felt a bit on the higher side at first, but the ease of managing multiple logins saved us a lot of time and hassle. For our team, the return on investment was clear pretty quickly, making it worth the cost. Definitely a solid choice if you value streamlined access over a cheap solution.
