Does the job, kinda clunky

Meh, it works fine for logging in but the setup was kinda confusing and sometimes it lags. Wish the interface was a bit smoother, but it does handle all my apps without much hassle.

Simplifies team logins

Our team of about 15 switched to OneLogin earlier this year, and it’s made managing passwords way easier. Getting everyone on board took a couple weeks because some folks were hesitant about changing their login habits, but once they saw how it cuts down on password resets, they came around. The only hiccup is occasional slow sync times, but overall it’s helped us work together more smoothly.

Reliable with steady improvements

Been with them for over 4 years now and I’ve definitely seen steady improvements in reliability and new features. It’s become smoother to use, though the occasional glitch still pops up.

Easy SSO, buggy app

The single sign-on feature works great and really speeds up our login process. However, the mobile app can be a bit glitchy at times, which gets annoying.

Worth the price for small teams

The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but for my small team, the security and ease of use have definitely made it worth the cost. We've saved a ton of time on password resets, so the ROI is pretty clear to me. Could be tough for really tight budgets though.

Tough to get everyone onboard

Our team of about 12 was pushed to switch to OneLogin by management, but getting everyone comfortable was a real headache. The interface isn’t very intuitive, and several coworkers kept running into issues with multi-factor authentication, which slowed down collaboration. Overall, it felt like more of a hassle than a help in our daily workflow.

Worth the investment
