Improved a lot over time

Been with OneLogin for about 4 years now and honestly, it’s gotten way smoother over time. Early on, it felt a bit clunky but the updates have really made a difference, especially with the multi-factor auth options. Only downside is sometimes the UI can be a bit confusing for new users.

Reliable and improving steadily

Started using this around 4 years ago, and I gotta say, it’s come a long way since then. The interface used to be kinda clunky, but now it feels way smoother and more reliable. A rare hiccup here and there, but overall it’s made managing logins way easier for our team.

Strong SSO, Needs UI polish

The single sign-on feature is exactly what we needed to streamline access across multiple apps, saving a ton of time for our team. I also really appreciate the adaptive authentication—it adds a nice layer of security without making the login process annoying. That said, the user interface feels a bit clunky at times, which makes managing users more tedious than it should be. Overall, though, it’s a solid tool that gets the job done well.

Simple and reliable SSO

OneLogin does what I need without much hassle. Setting up single sign-on was pretty smooth, and I like how it keeps things simple without a bunch of extra fluff. Wish it was a bit faster sometimes, but overall it’s solid.

Smooth transition from Okta

Switched from Okta after some struggles with its interface, and OneLogin felt more intuitive and less clunky. Compared it to Ping Identity as well, but OneLogin's setup process and support made it easier to get our team onboard quickly.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting OneLogin set up was surprisingly straightforward. The onboarding materials were clear, and I had most of it running within a day without much hassle. There was a slight learning curve with some of the integrations, but overall it felt pretty manageable.
