Solid SSO with room to grow

Started using OneLogin about five years ago, and it’s definitely come a long way since then. The interface feels smoother and a lot more reliable now, especially with how they’ve handled single sign-on for our growing team. Still, some of the setup can be a bit tricky if you’re not super technical.

Mixed feelings on setup

The initial onboarding was straightforward, but the setup dragged on longer than I expected because some features weren’t clearly explained. Took a bit of digging around to get everything running smoothly.

Simplified Access Management

Our team was constantly locked out of multiple apps because of password chaos, and OneLogin made it way easier to manage access with single sign-on. It helped cut down login issues, but the setup was a bit confusing and some integrations didn’t work smoothly.

SSO and MFA work well

The single sign-on feature saves our team a ton of time logging into multiple apps, and the MFA setup is straightforward enough for everyone to handle. The only hiccup is that the user interface feels a bit clunky sometimes, which slows me down.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting everything up and running with OneLogin was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through most of the setup without much hassle, and I had the core features working in under an hour. There was a slight learning curve with some of the more advanced settings, but overall it was straightforward.

Clean, easy setup, reliable

Tried Okta and Azure AD before settling on OneLogin, and I have to say the setup was way more straightforward here. The interface feels cleaner, and integrating with our existing apps was smoother compared to the others. It’s not perfect—some of the reporting features could use a bit more polish—but overall it just works well for our team.

Simplifies access across team

Our team of about 15 switched to OneLogin for managing app access, and after a bit of a learning curve, most people got comfortable pretty quickly. The single sign-on has definitely made collaboration smoother since no one is stuck waiting on password resets anymore. Getting everyone on board wasn’t seamless at first, but now it feels like a solid part of our workflow.

Solid SSO with Smart Security

The single sign-on feature has really simplified access for our whole team, cutting down on password headaches. I also appreciate the adaptive authentication—it's cool how it steps up security without interrupting the workflow. That said, sometimes the user management interface feels a bit clunky and could use a refresh to speed things up. Overall, it’s made our login processes smoother and safer.

Solid but could improve

Tried Okta and Azure AD before settling on OneLogin because their interface felt more straightforward for our team. It handles integrations well, but the occasional syncing lag can be frustrating compared to the near-instant updates in Okta. Overall, it’s decent but not quite as polished as some competitors.

Smooth team adoption overall

Our team of about 10 switched over to OneLogin a few months ago because our boss wanted a more secure login process. Getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected, though a couple of folks had some trouble syncing their apps at first. Overall, it's made collaboration easier since we’re all using the same system now, and I haven’t had to reset my password more than once, which is a win.
