Smoother setup and integration
Switched from Okta after running into some frustrating UI quirks, and OneLogin felt a lot smoother overall. Compared it to Azure AD as well, but OneLogin's setup was less of a headache for our team, especially around integrations. The only gripe is that their customer support sometimes takes longer than I'd like to get back to you.

Great SSO, handy provisioning
The single sign-on feature really simplifies our daily logins and keeps things secure without slowing anyone down. I also appreciate the user provisioning tool, which has saved us a ton of time managing employee access across different apps. That said, the reporting interface could be more intuitive, as it sometimes takes extra clicks to find what I need. Overall, it’s a solid solution that fits well with our team’s needs.

Solid SSO with good security
The single sign-on feature works great and really simplifies logging into multiple apps throughout the day. I also like the adaptive authentication options—they add an extra layer of security without being too annoying. The only hiccup I've had is with the mobile app occasionally being a bit slow to load, but overall it’s reliable enough for daily use.

Reliable but could improve
Started using OneLogin about five years ago, and while the core features have improved, some of the updates have been hit or miss. The interface feels cleaner now, but occasional glitches with the mobile app still slow me down. Customer support has been responsive when issues pop up, but the platform can sometimes feel clunky compared to newer competitors. Overall, it gets the job done, but I wish some parts were more intuitive.
