Smooth team adoption overall

Our team of about 15 started using OneLogin last year after the boss pushed for better security. Getting everyone on board took a couple weeks since some weren’t thrilled about new passwords and logins, but once we got used to it, logging into multiple apps got way easier. It definitely helped with collaboration since no one’s stuck resetting passwords or waiting on IT anymore.

Smooth setup with minor hurdles

Getting everything set up took a couple of hours, but the step-by-step guides made onboarding straightforward. There was a small learning curve with some advanced settings, but overall it was smooth to get up and running.

Good value for security

The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but honestly, the time we save managing access makes it worth it. Definitely good value if you need solid security without constant hassle.

Setup was way harder than expected

Onboarding was confusing and setup took way longer than expected. The docs weren't very clear, and I struggled to figure out basic config without help.

Decent but a bit pricey

The pricing feels a bit steep for smaller teams, and I wasn't totally convinced the ROI matched the cost. It covers the basics well enough, but I expected a bit more for what we paid.

Simplified Access Management

Our team was drowning in managing multiple app passwords and login issues, which was slowing down productivity big time. OneLogin actually fixed this by centralizing everything under one platform, making it way easier to handle access without constantly resetting passwords. That said, setting up some integrations was trickier than expected and the user interface can be confusing for less tech-savvy folks. Overall, it helped a lot but still feels like it needs polish in a few areas.

Worth the investment for teams

The pricing caught me off guard at first since it’s a bit steeper than some other options, but the ease of use and time saved really make it worth it in the long run. For a small to mid-sized team, it delivers solid value because it cuts down on password resets and security headaches. I’d say it pays for itself once you factor in the reduced IT workload and smoother access management overall.

Solid SSO with minor mobile issues

The single sign-on feature works great and really cuts down on the time everyone spends logging into different apps. I also appreciate the user provisioning tool — it made onboarding new team members way easier than before. The only slight hiccup is the mobile app, which can be a bit glitchy sometimes and feels less intuitive than the desktop version.

Good value for the cost

The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but considering how much time it saved our team on managing access, it ended up being worth it. Definitely a solid return on investment for us.

Improved a lot over time

Started using OneLogin about five years ago for managing our team's access, and I've noticed it getting a lot smoother and more intuitive with each update. The interface feels less clunky now, and adding new apps is way easier than before. Still, sometimes the support tickets take a bit longer to resolve than I'd like.
