Smooth setup and solid MFA

We initially tried Okta and Azure AD, but OneLogin stood out because its interface felt less clunky and setup was way smoother. The multi-factor authentication options are solid without being a headache for users, which made it easier to get buy-in from the team. It’s not perfect—some reports can be confusing—but overall it hit the right balance for our needs.

Smooth setup with minor hiccups

Setup was straightforward and the onboarding materials made it easy to get the basics down quickly. Took a bit of time to figure out some of the advanced settings, but overall not a steep learning curve.

Single Sign-On Needs Work

The single sign-on feature mostly works but often glitches when switching between apps, which is frustrating for our team. The user provisioning is slow and sometimes fails to sync changes, causing extra manual work on our end.

Solid for team access control

Our team of about 12 started using OneLogin after our IT lead pushed for tighter security and easier access management. Getting everyone on board took a bit longer than expected since a few folks struggled with the initial setup, but once we got past that, it really smoothed out how we handle logins across multiple apps. The collaboration between teams improved since sharing credentials became less of a hassle, and it’s been nice not having to reset passwords constantly. Overall, it’s made life easier but the mobile app can be a bit glitchy sometimes.

Simpler and smoother setup

Switched from Okta after finding OneLogin's interface way easier to navigate and setup. Compared it to Azure AD too, but OneLogin just felt smoother for managing multiple apps without overcomplicating things.

Good value for efficiency

The price is a bit on the higher side, but the ease of managing multiple logins has saved us enough time to make it worth it. Definitely a solid investment if you value efficiency.

Smooth switch for our team

Our team of about 15 started using OneLogin last quarter, and honestly, getting everyone to switch was smoother than I expected. The boss pushed for it, and now it’s become way easier to manage logins and collaborate without password headaches, though the mobile app can be kinda glitchy sometimes.

Decent but a bit pricey

OneLogin feels a bit pricey for what we actually use on a daily basis. The setup and management are straightforward, so it saves some time, but the cost doesn’t always match the features we need, especially for smaller teams like ours. It does provide a decent return by reducing password issues, but I wish there were more flexible pricing tiers. Overall, it’s ok value but not something I'd call a must-have given the price tag.

Solid and improving over time

After almost five years with OneLogin, I’ve definitely seen it improve, especially with their user interface and integration options. It’s been reliable for our team’s needs, though sometimes setup can be a bit fiddly.

Solid but could improve

We initially tried Okta but found OneLogin's interface a bit more straightforward, which helped with onboarding new team members. However, OneLogin’s integrations sometimes felt less reliable compared to Azure AD, which we also evaluated. The pricing felt a bit steep given occasional glitches in the user provisioning process, but overall, it meets the core needs without too many headaches. I’d say it’s decent if you want something less complex than Okta but still fairly robust.
