Frustrating onboarding and setup
Getting OneLogin up and running was way more frustrating than I expected. The onboarding materials were vague and didn't really explain the steps clearly, so I spent hours trying to piece things together. The setup process itself felt clunky, and the interface wasn’t very intuitive, which made the learning curve much steeper than it should have been. Definitely not something I’d recommend if you want a smooth start.

Simplified Access Management
Managing multiple app logins was a nightmare for our small team until we started using OneLogin. It really simplified access management, but the interface can be a bit clunky and the setup took longer than expected.

Cut down login headaches
Our team was drowning in password resets and login issues across multiple apps, but OneLogin's single sign-on cut that down dramatically and saved us so much time. Setting it up took a bit longer than expected, but once running, it just worked smoothly.

Reliable and improving over time
Been with OneLogin for over 4 years now, and I've seen it improve steadily, especially with its user interface and app integrations. What I really like is how seamless single sign-on has become for our team, cutting down on password headaches. Sometimes the mobile app can be a bit glitchy, but overall, the reliability and support have been solid. Definitely feels like they've listened to user feedback over time and made useful updates.

Smooth access, minor syncing issues
Our team of about 15 started using OneLogin a few months ago after the boss pushed for it to simplify access across different apps. Getting everyone on board was a bit rough at first since some folks were used to their old passwords and login habits, but once the multi-factor setup was explained, most adapted pretty quickly. The real benefit has been how much easier it is to manage permissions and onboard new hires without juggling a million passwords. That said, sometimes the app feels a bit slow to sync, which can be annoying when you're in a rush.

Simpler and User-Friendly SSO
Switched from Okta after struggling with its complexity, and OneLogin felt much more intuitive to set up. Compared it to Azure AD too, but OneLogin's user interface made managing permissions way easier for our small team.

Simplified login chaos somewhat
We were drowning in managing multiple app logins across different teams, and OneLogin helped centralize access which definitely saved time. That said, the interface can be clunky and some integrations felt half-baked.

Mixed feelings on OneLogin
Our team of about 15 was pushed to switch to OneLogin by management, and honestly, getting everyone fully on board took longer than expected. Some folks found the interface clunky and a bit confusing at first, which slowed down adoption in the beginning. That said, once most of us got used to it, it did help simplify logging into multiple apps, especially during collaborative projects. Still, a few team members preferred the old system, so the overall vibe was kinda mixed.

Keeps messing up logins
Honestly, this thing kept messing up my logins and support was kinda useless. Wish I didn’t have to deal with all the random errors.

Smooth setup, easy onboarding
Setup was pretty straightforward and the onboarding materials helped a lot. Took me a couple hours to get everything running smoothly, but once done, it just works.
