Makes login hassle-free

Smooth and user-friendly SSO

Tried Okta and Azure AD before settling on OneLogin, and honestly, it just felt more intuitive for our team. Solid choice for access management

Switched from Okta after struggling with some of their pricing tiers, and OneLogin felt more straightforward for our team size. I also looked at Duo, but OneLogin's integration with our existing apps was smoother and less of a hassle to set up. While the interface could be a bit more intuitive, overall it made managing user access way easier.

Overpriced for the features

Honestly, OneLogin feels way overpriced for what you actually get. We switched to it hoping for smoother integrations, but the pricing quickly became a pain, especially as our team grew. The ROI just isn’t there – there are cheaper options that do the same job without emptying your budget. Wish they offered a more flexible plan or better value overall.

Solid SSO, Mobile Needs Work

Simplified app access woes

Our team was drowning in password reset requests and access issues for multiple apps, which slowed down productivity a lot. OneLogin helped centralize our authentication and reduced those headaches significantly, especially with its single sign-on feature.
