Good features, but costly

The pricing for OneLogin feels a bit steep for what we actually use day-to-day. While it offers solid security features, the ROI hasn’t been as clear as I hoped given the cost. For smaller teams, it might be a stretch unless you really need the advanced integrations. Overall, it’s decent value, but I’d watch your budget carefully before committing long-term.

Simplified access management

Our IT team was drowning in managing multiple password resets and access requests for various cloud apps, which was a huge time drain. OneLogin streamlined the whole process by centralizing user access and automating password resets, saving us hours every week. It also made onboarding new employees way smoother since everything was handled through a single portal. The only hiccup was a bit of a learning curve for some employees getting used to the new login process, but overall it really fixed the chaos we were dealing with.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting OneLogin up and running was smoother than I expected. The onboarding guides were clear, and I had the basic setup done within a couple of hours without pulling my hair out. There was a bit of a learning curve with some of the advanced features, but the initial process to connect apps and set up users was pretty straightforward. Overall, it didn’t feel like a huge time sink, which made the implementation feel worthwhile.

Streamlined access for our team

Our team of about 15 people started using OneLogin last year when our manager pushed for a single sign-on solution. Getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected, though a couple of folks took a bit longer to adjust to the new login flows. The biggest win has been how much easier it is to manage access across different apps without constantly resetting passwords, which has saved us a ton of small headaches. Overall, it’s made collaboration easier since no one’s stuck waiting on access issues, but the occasional glitch during updates can be annoying.
