Smooth identity management shift
Our team of about 10 started using Ping Identity to handle single sign-on and it really smoothed out access issues we used to have. Getting everyone on board was easier than I expected since the integration didn’t disrupt our existing workflows much. Collaboration between IT and development improved because Ping centralized identity management, making it simpler to track and troubleshoot. The only snag was some initial confusion around setting up multi-factor auth, but once that was sorted, it’s been solid.
