Solid for work logins
Ping Identity’s been solid for managing logins at work, pretty smooth most times but sometimes the setup can get a bit tricky. Overall, it just works and saves me a bunch of hassle.

Solid SSO with room for UI improvements
The single sign-on feature is exactly what we needed to streamline access across multiple apps without constantly logging in. It’s been reliable and easy to set up, which saved us a ton of time. On the other hand, the user interface for managing policies could be a bit more intuitive; it sometimes feels clunky when trying to make quick changes. Overall though, the core identity management tools work great for our team’s needs.

Useful but somewhat clunky
Our team of about 12 started using Ping Identity because the security team pushed for a stronger authentication method. Getting everyone on board was a bit rough since it added some extra steps to our login process, and a few people found the interface confusing at first. Collaboration-wise, it definitely helped tighten access control, but it sometimes felt like the setup wasn’t very intuitive, especially for less tech-savvy members. Overall, it’s useful but felt like a bit of a hassle during the transition period.

Reliable Identity Management Tool
We started off with Okta, but found Ping Identity had a cleaner way to handle complex integrations which was a huge plus for our setup. Compared to Auth0, Ping felt more enterprise-ready and had better support for legacy systems, which mattered since we weren’t ready to fully modernize everything at once. The UI could be a bit more intuitive, but overall it got the job done without too much hassle. Definitely worth considering if you need solid identity management without jumping through too many hoops.

Setup was a mixed bag
The onboarding was a bit confusing at first and the docs didn’t always match what I was seeing in the interface. Setup took a couple days longer than expected, mainly because of some tricky config steps, but once it clicked, it worked fine. Definitely not the fastest start, but not a total nightmare either.

Unified SSO Across Legacy Systems
We were struggling to manage single sign-on across multiple legacy systems that didn’t talk to each other well. Ping Identity helped us unify the authentication process without having to overhaul everything, which saved a ton of time and headaches. The integration wasn’t always smooth, but once set up, it made user access way more consistent and secure. It’s been a solid solution for cutting down login issues across teams.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting Ping Identity up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding materials were clear, and I had it integrated with our systems in just a couple of hours. There was a slight learning curve with some of the advanced features, but overall, setup was straightforward.

Simplified login but unstable
We were drowning in user access issues across multiple internal apps, and Ping Identity helped us unify the sign-on process, which was a relief. However, the setup was way more complicated than advertised, and support was slow to respond when critical errors popped up. In the end, it fixed part of the problem but left us juggling with inconsistent policy enforcement and frequent downtime.

Simplified our login headaches
We were dealing with a messy identity management system that kept causing login issues across multiple apps. Ping Identity helped us centralize user authentication, and now our users can access everything smoothly without constant password resets or lockouts. It made a noticeable difference in reducing support tickets related to access problems.

Reliable, improving over time
Started using Ping Identity about five years ago, and it’s definitely improved with each update. The platform feels more stable and the user experience is smoother now compared to when we first integrated it. It’s become a reliable part of our authentication processes, though occasionally the setup for new features takes some trial and error.
