Solid but slow to evolve
Started using this about five years ago, and while the core identity management features have stayed solid, the platform feels slower to adapt to modern needs than I expected. Support can be hit or miss, which has been frustrating at times.

Solid but inconsistent over time
Started using this about five years ago, and while Ping Identity has improved its interface and added features, it still feels a bit clunky and inconsistent at times. Support has been hit or miss depending on who you get.

Smooth Setup Experience
Setup was straightforward and the onboarding resources made getting everything configured pretty smooth. There was a slight learning curve with some settings, but overall had it running within a couple of hours.

Reliable and solid choice
Tried Okta and Auth0 before, but Ping Identity felt more reliable with our complex setup. The integration was smoother and their support actually helped when things got tricky, which made the difference for us.

Steady improvement over years
Started using this about 5 years ago and I gotta say, it's gotten a lot smoother and more reliable over time. Some features took a while to get used to, but overall it's been a solid tool for managing identities in our system.

Decent but a bit pricey
The pricing felt a bit steep for what we ended up using, especially since some features we hoped for were add-ons. That said, the platform is reliable, so it does deliver value over time, but the initial cost makes ROI a slower burn than expected.

Setup was a pain
Honestly, setup was way more confusing than it needed to be and support wasn’t much help. It kinda works but def not worth the hassle for me.

Mixed feelings on Ping Identity
Our team of about 10 was pushed to switch over to Ping Identity by management, and getting everyone comfortable took longer than expected. While it works fine for basic authentication, some folks found the setup confusing, which slowed down collaboration initially. Overall, it’s okay but not a smooth fit for everyone on our team yet.

Better fit for complex setups
Tried Okta and Auth0 before, but Ping Identity handled complex integrations with our legacy systems much more smoothly. The setup took some time, but once running, it felt more reliable and customizable for our needs.

More control, easier setup
Switched from Okta after struggling with its UI, and Ping Identity felt way more straightforward to set up for our team. Compared to Auth0, Ping gave us better control over custom policies, which was a big plus, though sometimes the docs can be a bit confusing. Overall, it’s reliable and hasn’t let us down during high traffic periods.
