Simplified Identity Management, Painful Setup
Our team was drowning in managing multiple identity providers while trying to keep user access secure and seamless. Ping Identity helped simplify the authentication process by centralizing user management and supported various protocols we needed, which definitely reduced some headaches. That said, the setup was more complex than expected, and the documentation could be clearer, so it wasn’t a smooth ride from day one. Overall, it solved the core problem but required a lot of patience and extra work to get everything running right.

Smooth adoption, solid tool
Our team of about 12 started using Ping Identity last year after our manager pushed for better access management. Getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected since the interface is straightforward and most people appreciated the single sign-on setup quickly. Collaboration between IT and security improved because Ping made it easier to manage permissions without constant back-and-forth. The only hiccup was some initial confusion around multi-factor authentication settings, but overall it’s been a solid addition to our workflow.

Reliable but needs polish
Started using Ping Identity about five years ago, and while it’s definitely improved over time, some updates have felt slow and clunky. The core features work fine, but I’ve run into occasional glitches and support hasn’t always been the fastest to respond. It gets the job done, but I’ve found myself looking at alternatives lately.

Good value for investment
Ping Identity is a bit pricey upfront, but honestly it’s been worth the investment for our security needs. The integration saved us a ton of headaches, so ROI is clear from that perspective. For smaller teams it might feel steep, but for what we get it’s solid value overall.

Solid choice for flexibility
Switched from Okta and looked at Auth0 before settling on Ping Identity because their customization options and on-premise support fit our needs better. It’s reliable and handles complex workflows without too much hassle, though the setup can be a bit tricky at times.

Setup was a mixed bag
The initial onboarding was a bit slow and the setup process had some confusing steps, but once past that, it started to make more sense. The learning curve was steeper than I expected, so plan some extra time for getting comfortable.

Solid SSO, Reporting Needs Work
The single sign-on feature works seamlessly and has really simplified access for our team. I do wish the reporting tools were a bit more intuitive, but overall, the user experience is solid and reliable.

Solid and improving steadily
Started using Ping Identity about five years ago, and it’s definitely gotten smoother and more reliable over time. The updates have made integration easier, though occasional tweaks are still needed to keep everything running perfectly.

Smooth team adoption overall
Our team of about 12 people started using Ping Identity last quarter after the boss pushed for better login security. Getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected since it integrates well with our existing tools. Collaboration improved a bit since folks stopped struggling with password resets all the time, though the initial setup was kinda confusing for some.

Solid SSO with MFA potential
The single sign-on feature works seamlessly and saves a ton of time logging into multiple apps throughout the day. The multi-factor authentication is reliable, though setting it up was a bit clunky at first and could use a smoother onboarding process.
