Flexible and Customizable Tool
I tried Asana and Trello before switching to Podio because I needed more customization for different projects. Podio’s flexibility with workflows really won me over, even though the interface can feel a bit clunky at times.

Gets the job done, kinda
Podio does the basics alright, but honestly it feels a bit clunky sometimes. Setting things up took longer than I expected, and the interface isn’t the smoothest. Still, it gets the job done when you just need a simple project tracker.

Customizable and Flexible Tool
Switched from Trello and Asana, and Podio feels more customizable without being overwhelming. The way it handles workflows and integrations made it easier for our team to stay organized without losing flexibility.

Solid and evolving tool
Started using Podio about five years ago, and it’s really grown on me. The platform has improved steadily, especially with the customization options and workflow automation, which have made managing projects much smoother. I appreciate how the interface feels less clunky than it used to, though sometimes it still takes a bit of tinkering to set things up just right. Overall, it’s become a reliable tool that adapts well to how my team works.

Consistent Growth and Flexibility
After using Podio for over five years, I’ve seen it grow from a basic project management tool into something much more customizable and flexible. The platform now handles a wide range of workflows that suit both small teams and larger projects, which has made it easier to keep everything organized without juggling multiple apps. There are occasional hiccups with the mobile app interface, but overall, it feels like it’s constantly improving without losing what made it useful in the first place.

Organized our team workflow
Team was drowning in scattered info and missed deadlines, but Podio helped us organize tasks and keep everything on track way better. Took a bit to set up exactly how we wanted, but now it's much easier to manage projects without stuff slipping through the cracks.

Good workflow, weak mobile app
The customization options for workflows are pretty solid and helped us tailor the platform to fit our team’s processes, which was a big plus. However, the mobile app feels clunky and often lags, making it frustrating to update tasks on the go. Also, while task management works fine, the reporting features are a bit basic and don’t give enough insight for our needs. Overall, it’s a decent tool but could use some improvements in usability and analytics.

Reliable project management tool
Started using Podio about five years ago and it’s been a solid tool for managing projects and team workflows. Over time, the platform has definitely improved, especially with the interface becoming more user-friendly and the added integration options. I do wish the mobile app was a bit more reliable though, sometimes it crashes unexpectedly. Overall, it’s been a dependable part of how we keep organized day-to-day.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started with Podio was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guides helped me get the basics down quickly, and I had most of my workflows set up within a couple of hours. There was a slight learning curve when customizing apps, but nothing too overwhelming.
