Smooth team transition overall
Our team of six switched to QuickBooks Online about six months ago, mostly because our manager wanted a more streamlined way to track expenses and invoicing. Getting everyone on board took a little time since some of us were used to desktop software, but once the initial setup was done, the collaboration features really helped keep everyone in the loop. Sharing reports and updating budgets in real time made meetings shorter and less confusing. The only hiccup has been occasional syncing delays with bank accounts, but overall it’s made our workflow smoother.
