Smooth team adoption overall

Our team of 7 switched to QuickBooks Online last year and getting everyone on board was easier than I expected. It really helped with keeping our expenses and invoices transparent, though sometimes the mobile app can be a bit glitchy.

Invoicing chaos solved fast

I was struggling to keep track of all my invoices and payments across multiple clients, and it was a nightmare come tax time. QuickBooks Online helped me organize everything in one place, and the automatic reminders for overdue invoices saved me so much hassle chasing down payments. The ability to link directly to my bank account meant I didn't have to manually enter every transaction, which cut down on errors and saved a ton of time. Honestly, it made managing my freelance business way less stressful than before.

Solid and easy accounting

QuickBooks Online has been a lifesaver for keeping my small biz finances sorted out without much hassle. I like how easy it is to connect my bank accounts and track expenses on the go. Sometimes it feels like the reports could be a bit more customizable but overall it does what I need without a ton of stress. Oh, and the mobile app is actually pretty solid too, which is a nice bonus.

Simplified invoicing process

Handling client invoices was always a mess with spreadsheets, and I kept losing track of payments. QuickBooks Online made it way easier to send, track, and reconcile payments all in one spot. It’s saved me a ton of time, though sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky when switching between reports.

Long-time user, growing frustrations

Been with QuickBooks Online for over 5 years, and honestly, it’s been a bit of a letdown lately. Features that used to work smoothly now feel clunky, and the interface updates haven’t made things any easier to navigate — sometimes it even feels like they’ve removed useful tools. Customer support hasn’t been very helpful either when issues pop up, which adds to the frustration. I’m seriously considering switching to something more reliable at this point.

Smooth team adoption overall

Our team of six switched to QuickBooks Online last year, and once everyone got the hang of it, collaboration on invoices and expenses became way smoother. It took a couple of weeks for some to adjust, but now it’s part of our daily workflow without much hassle.

Good value for small business

For my small business, QuickBooks Online feels like a smart investment. The pricing isn't the cheapest out there, but the time I save on bookkeeping and the detailed reports I get make it worth it. It definitely pays for itself once you factor in all the hassle it cuts down on.

Setup was unnecessarily difficult

Honestly, setting up QuickBooks Online was way more frustrating than I expected. The onboarding felt rushed and left me guessing on a lot of steps, and it took me over a week of trial and error just to get some basic accounts linked properly. The interface isn’t very intuitive for newcomers, which made the learning curve steeper than it should be. If you’re not already familiar with bookkeeping terms, be prepared to do a lot of digging on your own.
