Quick and Easy Setup
Setup was straightforward and I had everything up and running in less than an hour. The onboarding guides were clear and really helped me get the hang of things quickly.

Reliable and user-friendly accounting
I tried FreshBooks and Xero before settling on QuickBooks Online, mainly because it handled payroll and tax forms more smoothly for my small business. The interface feels more intuitive to me compared to Xero’s, and FreshBooks was simpler but lacked some of the deeper accounting features I need. Syncing with my bank has been mostly reliable, and the mobile app lets me keep an eye on expenses on the go, which is a huge plus. The one downside is that it can get a bit pricey as you add more users, but overall it fits my needs better than the others I've used.

Easy and efficient for small biz
QuickBooks Online is pretty solid for keeping track of my small biz expenses and invoices. I like how easy it is to connect my bank accounts, though sometimes the app lags a bit when loading reports. The auto-categorization saves me a bunch of time, but every now and then it messes up and I have to fix things manually. Overall, not bad at all and def helps me stay on top of my finances without much hassle.

Solid choice for small business
I switched over to QuickBooks Online after trying Wave and FreshBooks, and honestly, it just fit my needs better. Wave was free but felt limited when it came to invoicing customization and reporting, while FreshBooks was great for freelancers but got pricey as I added more clients. QuickBooks strikes a nice balance with solid features that cover everything I need for tracking expenses and managing taxes, plus the mobile app actually works well when I’m on the go. The interface took a bit to get used to, but now that I’m familiar, it saves me a lot of time every month.

Great for Team Collaboration
Our team of eight switched over last year, and once everyone got the hang of it, collaboration got way smoother—especially with real-time updates. It took a bit to convince some folks, but having everything centralized really helped with our monthly reporting.

Solid choice for small biz
I tried Wave and FreshBooks before settling on QuickBooks Online, and honestly, QB just felt more robust for what I needed. Wave was free but lacked some features I really use daily, like detailed expense tracking and payroll integration. FreshBooks was nice for invoicing but didn’t quite handle taxes and reporting the way QuickBooks does, which made a difference come tax season. The interface occasionally glitches but overall it’s straightforward and reliable enough for my small business needs.

Good value for small business
I found QuickBooks Online a bit pricey at first, but the time it saves on bookkeeping definitely makes up for the cost. For a small business like mine, it’s been great value and helped me keep better track of expenses and invoices, so the ROI feels solid.

Invoicing is a breeze
The invoicing feature makes billing clients really straightforward and saves me a ton of time. However, I wish the reporting dashboard was a bit more customizable to fit my business needs better.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting everything set up with QuickBooks Online was surprisingly smooth and didn’t take long at all. The onboarding guided me through the basics clearly, so I felt confident pretty quickly, though some of the more detailed features took a bit of trial and error to get right.

Good value for busy small biz
It's a bit on the pricey side, but the time I save managing invoices and expenses makes it worth it for my small business.
