Used to be better
Started using Salesforce about 7 years ago and honestly, it’s been a downward slope for me. What once felt like a flexible and intuitive tool now feels bloated and overly complicated, with constant updates that seem to break more than they fix. Customer support has also gotten slower, making it frustrating to resolve even minor issues. After all this time, I’m seriously considering looking for alternatives.

Reliable and improving CRM
Started using this about 6 years ago, and I’ve seen it improve a lot, especially with all the new integrations and automation features. It’s become more intuitive over time, which makes managing sales pipelines easier, though occasionally the interface can feel a bit cluttered. Overall, it’s been a solid tool that keeps getting better with each update.

Great for team coordination
Our team of eight moved to Salesforce last year, and while getting everyone on board took a bit of time, it’s really helped us keep track of client info and share updates seamlessly. Collaboration is way smoother now, especially when juggling multiple projects.

Worth the investment
Salesforce is definitely on the pricier side, but the boost in efficiency and sales tracking makes it worth the spend for my small business. The ROI kicked in quickly once we got the hang of it.

Great for organizing sales
Love how customizable it is and the way it keeps all my sales info in one spot. Took a bit to get used to, but now it’s a solid part of my workflow.

Powerful but complex
Switched from HubSpot to Salesforce hoping for more customization, but found it a bit overwhelming and less intuitive. Zoho CRM felt simpler to navigate, but Salesforce has stronger reporting tools which we needed. Overall, it works but the learning curve was tougher than I expected.

Helped organize sales data
Our sales team was drowning in messy spreadsheets and lost leads until we switched to Salesforce. It helped us track customer interactions way better and automated reminders, which actually saved us time. That said, the setup was kinda overwhelming and some features felt unnecessarily complicated for what we needed.

Works well once learned
Salesforce is pretty solid for keeping track of all my client info and sales stuff. Took a bit to get used to the layout, but once I figured it out, things ran way smoother. Wish some features were a bit less complicated though.

Solid CRM with quirks
Salesforce does a solid job keeping all my customer info in one place, which makes follow-ups way easier. The interface can be a bit overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s not bad at all. Sometimes it lags a little when loading big reports tho.

Robust but Steep Learning Curve
Switched from HubSpot and Zoho, and Salesforce definitely felt more robust for handling complex sales processes. The learning curve was kinda steep, but once you get past that, the customization options really shine compared to others I've tried.
