Smooth and straightforward setup
Setup was straightforward and the onboarding emails really helped me get going without confusion. Took about an hour to get everything configured and running smoothly.

Decent but clunky for teams
Our team of eight started using Sendinblue after management decided to switch from a previous email platform. Getting everyone on board was a bit rocky since some found the interface confusing at first, and the collaboration features felt limited compared to what we were used to. On the plus side, it handles transactional emails well and the email automation is decent for our campaigns. Overall, it's workable but not quite seamless for a team that relies heavily on smooth collaboration.

Good value for small teams
The pricing isn’t the cheapest out there, but for what you get, it feels like a solid investment. The features are well-rounded, especially for small teams trying to manage email campaigns without breaking the bank. I’ve noticed a decent return in engagement, so it’s definitely worth the cost in my experience. That said, if you’re just sending very simple emails, it might feel a bit more than necessary.

Tough to get team on board
Our team of five was forced to switch over, but getting everyone to actually use Sendinblue was a real challenge because the interface felt clunky and unintuitive. Collaboration features are lacking, so we ended up relying on other tools to get work done.

Setup was a bit rocky
Getting started was a bit of a mixed bag—some parts of the setup were straightforward, but I ran into a few hiccups with the onboarding that slowed me down more than expected.

Affordable but a bit clunky
Tried Mailchimp and Constant Contact before, but went with Sendinblue for its more affordable pricing and decent automation features. That said, the interface sometimes feels clunky and the email editor could use improvements.

Simplified email automation
We were drowning in managing multiple email lists and personalized campaigns for different client segments. Sendinblue made it way easier to organize and automate those workflows without juggling a dozen tools. The segmentation and automation features really saved me hours every week and helped improve our campaign engagement.

Flexible and User-Friendly Email Tool
I gave Mailchimp and Constant Contact a shot before settling on Sendinblue, mainly because its pricing felt more flexible for my growing email list. The automation features are straightforward without being overwhelming, which made setting up campaigns easier than I expected. The only hiccup was that the reporting dashboard could be a bit more intuitive.

Decent but a bit pricey
Pricing feels a bit steep for what you get, especially if you’re a small operation. The email limits and add-ons can quickly drive costs up, but it does deliver decent results if you’re willing to invest the time. Overall, not bad but I expected a bit more bang for my buck.

Decent but needs polish
Been with them for over 3 years and the platform has definitely improved, but some features still feel clunky and not super intuitive. Customer support has been hit or miss, which can be frustrating when you’re on a tight schedule.
