Mixed setup experience

Getting started with Sendinblue was a bit of a mixed bag. The initial sign-up and basic setup were straightforward enough, and I had my first campaign ready in under 30 minutes. However, when it came to integrating it with my website and setting up automation workflows, things got a bit confusing and the documentation wasn’t as clear as I hoped. Overall, it’s usable but expect to spend some extra time figuring out the more advanced features.

Good but a bit clunky

I tried Mailchimp and Constant Contact before settling on Sendinblue. It’s nice that Sendinblue offers SMS campaigns alongside emails, but I found the interface a bit clunky compared to Mailchimp’s cleaner design. Also, the automation setup took me longer to figure out than I expected, which was kinda frustrating.

Solved syncing headaches fast

Simpler and fair pricing

Great Automation, SMS Needs Work

Smooth and straightforward setup

Decent but needs work
