Mixed feelings on setup
Getting started with Sendinblue was a bit of a mixed bag. The initial onboarding was straightforward enough, and I had the basics set up in under an hour. However, diving deeper into some of the more advanced features felt unnecessarily complicated, and I had to rely on a few support articles to figure things out. Overall, it wasn’t a smooth ride, but once everything was in place, it worked as expected.

Honestly, Sendinblue surprised me with how easy it was to set up email campaigns without any headaches. Simpler and solid pricing
Switched from Mailchimp after finding Sendinblue’s email automation easier to set up and the pricing more straightforward. Compared it to ActiveCampaign too, but Sendinblue felt less overwhelming while still offering solid features for our needs.

Smooth team switch overall
Our team of 8 switched to Sendinblue a few months ago after the boss pushed for a more unified tool.
