Decent but could improve

Meh, it's okay I guess. Setting up the scheduler was a bit more confusing than I expected and some features felt kinda clunky. That said, it does handle bookings alright and the client notifications actually work well. Just wish it was a bit smoother overall.

Improves with time

Started using SimplyBook.me about three years ago, and it’s definitely improved since then. The interface feels cleaner and some of the new features they've added have made managing bookings way easier. Still, occasionally the mobile app can be a bit glitchy, but overall it’s solid for what I need.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting started with SimplyBook.me was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through most of the setup, and I had the core booking system up and running in about an hour. There was a slight learning curve with some of the customization options, but overall the process felt intuitive and didn't drag on. Definitely helped that their support was quick to respond when I had questions.

Helped with scheduling chaos

Our small coaching team was drowning in scheduling conflicts and double bookings, which led to lots of frustrated clients. SimplyBook.me helped by centralizing all appointments and sending automatic reminders, which cut down on no-shows significantly. That said, the interface feels a bit clunky at times and customizing the booking pages wasn't as straightforward as I'd hoped. Overall, it solved our main headache but there’s room for improvement in usability.

Good scheduling, clunky reports

The appointment scheduling feature is really straightforward and has saved me a lot of back-and-forth with clients. However, the reporting tools feel a bit clunky and don’t offer much insight without some extra work. I liked how easy it was to set up custom booking pages, but the integration with payment gateways was a bit confusing and glitchy at times.

Decent but needs polish

Started using this over 3 years ago and while they've added some nice new features, it still feels kinda clunky and sometimes buggy. Customer support can be slow, which gets frustrating when you're trying to fix issues quickly.

Great Customization and Notifications
