Decent but could improve
Meh, it's okay I guess. Setting up the scheduler was a bit more confusing than I expected and some features felt kinda clunky. That said, it does handle bookings alright and the client notifications actually work well. Just wish it was a bit smoother overall.

Improves with time
Started using SimplyBook.me about three years ago, and it’s definitely improved since then. The interface feels cleaner and some of the new features they've added have made managing bookings way easier. Still, occasionally the mobile app can be a bit glitchy, but overall it’s solid for what I need.

The appointment scheduling feature is really straightforward and has saved me a lot of back-and-forth with clients. However, the reporting tools feel a bit clunky and don’t offer much insight without some extra work. I liked how easy it was to set up custom booking pages, but the integration with payment gateways was a bit confusing and glitchy at times.
