Great booking, limited email edits

The custom booking website feature is exactly what we needed to keep things professional and easy for clients. The reminder emails work great, but I wish there were more options to customize the message templates.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting SimplyBook.me set up was surprisingly straightforward. The onboarding guides were clear and helped me get my services and staff schedules organized without much hassle. It took me a couple of hours to really customize everything the way I wanted, but there wasn’t a steep learning curve once I got the hang of the dashboard. Overall, I had it running smoothly in no time.

Good value for small teams

The pricing feels fair for the features you get, especially if you have a small team or straightforward scheduling needs. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but I found that it pays for itself by saving me a lot of back-and-forth with clients. Definitely great value if you use it regularly.

Steady improvement over time

Started using SimplyBook.me about three years ago when I needed a straightforward way to manage appointments. Over time, the platform has definitely gotten smoother and added some useful features without becoming overwhelming. The integration options have improved, which makes syncing with my calendar a lot easier now. My only gripe is that the mobile app feels a bit clunky compared to the desktop version, but overall it’s been a solid tool for keeping my schedule organized.

Improved a lot over time

Started using SimplyBook.me about 3 years ago and I've seen it really improve over time. The interface is way more intuitive now and the booking options have gotten a lot more flexible, which helped my small business a ton. Only wish the reporting tools were a bit easier to customize though.

Simple booking, payment issues

The booking interface here is really straightforward and easy for my clients to use, which has definitely cut down on scheduling headaches. On the other hand, I found the integrations with payment systems a bit clunky and not as seamless as I’d hoped, which sometimes causes confusion during checkout. Overall, it gets the job done but there’s room for improvement, especially in smoothing out those payment options.
