Great customization, buggy notifications

The booking page customization is really flexible and helped me match the look to my brand, which was exactly what I needed. However, the notifications system can be a bit glitchy and sometimes clients don’t get their reminders on time, which has caused some confusion.

Setup was a mixed experience

Getting started with SimplyBook.me was a mixed bag for me. The initial setup wasn’t too complicated and I had a basic booking page up in under an hour, which felt pretty straightforward. However, when I tried to customize more advanced features or integrate with other tools, things got confusing and sometimes frustrating due to unclear instructions. Overall, it wasn’t a total headache, but there was definitely a learning curve that slowed me down more than I expected.

Helped with scheduling chaos

My team was drowning in scheduling chaos, especially with clients booking last minute and overlapping appointments. SimplyBook.me helped by centralizing all bookings in one place and sending automatic reminders, which definitely cut down on no-shows and double bookings. However, customizing some of the notification settings was a bit clunky, and the interface could be more intuitive. Overall, it made managing appointments way easier but still left some room for improvement.

Great scheduling with minor notification issues

Decent but could improve

Started using this service about three years ago, and while they've added some nice features over time, the interface still feels clunky and not very intuitive. Customer support has improved slightly, but there are occasional bugs that disrupt my booking flow. Overall, it does the job but leaves room for smoother user experience.
