Smooth setup with minor quirks

Setup was pretty straightforward and I had everything up and running in about an hour. The onboarding guides helped a lot, though some features took a bit of digging to figure out.

Flexible and Feature-Rich Booking

I was initially using Acuity Scheduling but found the customization options a bit limiting for my business needs. When I tried SimplyBook.me, the flexibility in setting up different service types and integrating with my website really stood out. Compared to Calendly, I liked that SimplyBook.me offers more built-in marketing features, which saved me from juggling multiple tools. The interface could be a bit more intuitive, but overall it handled bookings smoothly and gave me more control over client notifications.

Decent but a bit pricey

The pricing feels a bit steep, especially if you're a small business just starting out. While it does offer useful features, I’m not sure the return on investment is there for everyone. The basic plan covers the essentials, but adding on extras quickly bumps up the cost. Overall, it’s decent value, but I wish it was a bit more affordable given what you get.

Great booking and notifications

The booking interface is really straightforward and has saved me a lot of time managing appointments. I especially like how customizable the client notifications are—they feel personal and professional without much effort. That said, the reporting tools could be a bit more intuitive; I sometimes struggle to find the exact data I need quickly.

Good value for the price

Decent but needs polish

Great scheduling, iffy notifications

The scheduling feature is super easy to use and saved me a lot of time coordinating appointments. The custom notifications are helpful, but sometimes they don't send out exactly when I want.

Solved Our Booking Mess

Our small wellness studio was constantly struggling with managing bookings manually, which led to double bookings and missed appointments. Great widget, weak reports
