Easy and pretty handy

Easy setup and flexible chatbot

Difficult to adopt and clunky

Our team of about 10 was pushed to switch to Tidio by management, but honestly, getting everyone to actually use it was a nightmare. The interface felt clunky and unintuitive, which made collaboration slower rather than easier. A lot of folks ended up sticking to email or Slack because Tidio just didn’t fit well with our workflow. Overall, it felt like more of a hassle than a help for day-to-day communication.
