Quick and straightforward setup

Setting up Tidio was surprisingly quick, I had it running in about 15 minutes with minimal hiccups. The onboarding tutorials helped a lot, though I had to fiddle a bit with some settings before I got it exactly how I wanted. Overall, pretty smooth and no major headaches.

Simple and Effective Chat Tool

Tried Intercom and Drift before but Tidio's interface is way simpler and less glitchy. The chatbot customization took a bit to figure out but overall it handled my customer messages better without feeling overwhelming.

Solid chat tool with minor hiccups

Tidio works pretty smooth for chatting with customers, and setting up the bots was easier than I thought. I like how it integrates with my site, but sometimes the notifications lag a bit which can be annoying. Overall, it’s been solid for what I need, and the interface isn’t too complicated. Definitely helped me keep up with messages without stressing out.

Great value for small teams

Small teams like mine get great value without breaking the bank, though bigger teams might find it less cost-effective. Setup was a pain

Great chat and automation
