Still my go-to task app
Started using this about five years ago, and it’s honestly gotten smoother and more reliable with every update. The way it handles recurring tasks and integrates with other apps has become so much better, making it way easier to keep track of everything without feeling overwhelmed. It feels like they actually listen to users and fix the little annoyances over time.

Keeps Our Team On Track
Our team of 8 started using Todoist after our manager pushed for a better way to track projects. Getting everyone on board was easier than I expected since the app is pretty straightforward, and now we actually know who's doing what without endless emails. The collaboration features help us stay synced, though sometimes recurring tasks can be a bit glitchy.

Simple, effective task manager
Tried Asana and Microsoft To Do before, but Todoist just clicks better for how I organize tasks day-to-day. The quick add feature and natural language input make planning way smoother, and it feels less cluttered than the others.

Good value for organization
Todoist feels like a solid bang for your buck, especially if you’re juggling multiple projects. The premium features really help keep things organized, and while it’s not the cheapest option out there, the time I save totally makes up for the cost. Only wish the mobile notifications were a bit more reliable tho.

Best task manager hands down
Tried both Microsoft To Do and Any.do before settling on Todoist, and for me, Todoist’s interface feels way more intuitive and flexible. I like how easy it is to set recurring tasks and organize projects without getting lost in menus. The seamless syncing across devices really sealed the deal compared to the others, which felt clunkier and less reliable.

Super simple and effective
Honestly, Todoist just makes keeping track of all my random to-dos way less stressful. Love how I can quickly add stuff and organize projects without any hassle. Definitely helped me stop forgetting important things.

Best for seamless task management
I tried both Microsoft To Do and Any.do before landing on Todoist, and honestly, this one just stuck. The way it handles recurring tasks and subtasks feels way more natural and less clunky compared to the others. I also appreciate how smoothly it syncs across my phone and laptop without hiccups, which was a pain point with Microsoft To Do. Overall, it just fits into my workflow better without overcomplicating things.

Great task prioritization, okay collaboration
The task prioritization feature in Todoist really helps me stay focused on what’s urgent without getting overwhelmed by a long to-do list. I also appreciate how the recurring task setup is super flexible, letting me customize reminders exactly how I need them. On the flip side, the project collaboration tools feel a bit limited, especially when working with larger teams, which can be frustrating sometimes.

Quick and smooth setup
Setup was super quick—I had my tasks imported and organized in under 10 minutes. The onboarding tips helped me get the hang of features without feeling overwhelmed.

Worth every penny for productivity
Todoist might feel a bit pricey upfront, but honestly, the boost in my productivity makes it worth every penny. I manage multiple projects and deadlines, and the way it keeps everything organized saves me so much time that I can’t imagine going back to anything else. For what you get—cross-platform sync, intuitive interface, and helpful reminders—it pays for itself pretty quickly. Definitely a great value if you rely on task management daily.
