Good collab, weak reports
The real-time collaboration feature works great and helps keep the team on the same page, but the reporting tools feel clunky and not very intuitive to set up. Definitely needs some improvements there.

Used to be good, now disappointing
Started using Wrike about five years ago when it was simple and reliable for task management. Over time, it’s gotten more cluttered and slower, with features that feel half-baked or unnecessary. Customer support has become almost impossible to reach, and bugs that popped up months ago still haven’t been fixed. Honestly, what used to be a solid tool has turned into a frustrating experience that I’m looking to replace soon.

Helped organize messy workflows
Our team was drowning in scattered tasks and missed deadlines, but Wrike helped us centralize our project tracking and improved visibility. It’s useful for keeping everyone on the same page, though the interface can get clunky and slow with larger projects.

Solid project organizer
Really like how easy it is to organize tasks and keep everyone in the loop without extra hassle. Wish the mobile app was a bit smoother though.

Works but could improve
Decent enough for managing tasks, but sometimes feels a bit clunky and slow to load. Wish the interface was a little simpler.

Solid project tracker
Wrike's been pretty solid for keeping track of all my projects and tasks. The interface feels a bit cluttered sometimes, but once you get used to it, things flow pretty smooth. I like how easy it is to assign stuff and track progress without too much hassle. Only thing is the mobile app could be a bit faster tho.

Better team visibility
Our team of about 12 started using Wrike after management pushed for better project visibility. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks, but now collaboration feels smoother and deadlines are easier to track.

Flexible and collaborative tool
Switched from Asana and Trello after struggling with their limited customization for complex projects. Wrike's flexibility with task dependencies and real-time collaboration tools made managing our team way smoother. It’s not perfect—sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered—but overall it handles our workflow better than the other options I’ve tried.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started with Wrike was surprisingly smooth—I had the basics set up in under an hour thanks to clear onboarding guides. There was a slight learning curve with some of the more advanced features, but overall, the initial setup didn’t feel overwhelming.

Great for Team Coordination
Our team of about 15 switched over to Wrike a few months ago after our manager pushed for a more organized way to track projects. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks since some were used to simpler tools, but once we got the hang of it, collaboration really improved—especially with task assignments and timeline views. It's been great for keeping everyone in the loop without endless email chains, though sometimes the interface can feel a bit cluttered. Overall, it's helped us stay coordinated and meet deadlines more consistently.
