Strong Gantt & Collaboration
The Gantt chart feature is exactly what we needed to keep track of project timelines, it’s really intuitive and saves a ton of time. The real-time collaboration tools work great too, though sometimes notifications get a bit overwhelming and could be better managed.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started with Wrike was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through most of the key features without feeling overwhelming, and I had my first project up and running within a couple hours. There was a slight learning curve when it came to customizing workflows, but overall the setup process didn’t drag on. Wish the mobile app setup was a bit more straightforward though.

Mixed feelings on setup
Getting Wrike set up was kinda hit or miss for me. The initial onboarding was straightforward enough, and I had a basic project running within a couple hours. However, diving deeper into customizing workflows and integrations took way longer than I expected, and the learning curve felt steeper than I wanted. Some features are a bit hidden or confusing, so I had to rely on support more than I hoped.

Decent but clunky for us
Our team of about 10 started using Wrike last quarter, and getting everyone on board took way longer than expected because some folks found the interface clunky. Collaboration is decent but we sometimes miss real-time updates, which slows things down.

Mixed feelings on Wrike
Our team of about 10 switched to Wrike last year because the boss insisted, and getting everyone on board was a slow process. Some people like the way it organizes tasks and keeps comments in one place, but others find it confusing and clunky for quick updates. Overall, it’s helped with collaboration, but it’s not as intuitive as we hoped.

Solid for team projects
Wrike keeps my projects organized without feeling like a hassle, and the collaboration features actually work well for my team. Sometimes it gets a bit clunky with lots of tasks, but overall solid.

Solid but a bit clunky
Tried Asana and Monday.com before settling on Wrike because of its strong collaboration features, but the interface felt clunky and sometimes slow. It handles task management well but lacks the smoothness and intuitiveness I got from others.

Solid tool for projects
Wrike's been solid for keeping my projects on track, especially with how easy it is to assign tasks and see deadlines. Sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky tho, but overall it does what I need without much hassle.

Solid for team projects
Our team of about 12 started using Wrike after the boss pushed for better project tracking. Getting everyone on board took a couple weeks, but now the collaboration’s way smoother and deadlines are easier to keep. Sometimes the notifications get a bit overwhelming though.

Decent but gets glitchy
Started using Wrike about five years ago and have seen quite a few updates since then. While the interface has improved and some new features are helpful, it still feels a bit clunky and can be slow at times. Collaboration tools work well, but occasional glitches and a steep learning curve for new team members have been frustrating. Overall, it’s okay for project management but not my favorite option out there.
