Great task dependencies, okay time tracking
The task dependencies feature keeps our projects on track really well, and the time tracking tool is simple to use but could be more detailed for billing purposes.

Solid project management tool
Started using Wrike about 4 years ago and it’s definitely improved over time. The interface got way smoother and some of the reporting features became more flexible, which helped our team stay organized. Sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming with all the options, but overall it's been solid for managing projects.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting Wrike up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through the basics clearly, so I didn’t feel lost when setting up my first projects. It took me about an afternoon to get everything configured just the way I wanted, and the learning curve wasn’t too steep thanks to the helpful tutorials and intuitive design. I appreciated how easy it was to add teammates and assign tasks without much hassle.

Decent but a bit pricey
Wrike’s pricing feels a bit steep, especially when you’re just starting out or working with a small team. The features are solid, but I’m not convinced it fully justifies the monthly cost compared to other tools I’ve tried. That said, for bigger teams juggling complex projects, it might be worth it since it can save time down the line. Overall, it’s decent value but I’d like to see more flexibility in pricing plans.

Worth the investment for teams
Wrike isn’t the cheapest option out there, but the way it streamlines our project workflows definitely makes it worth the cost. For the features we actually use, like task dependencies and time tracking, it’s great value—especially for mid-sized teams juggling multiple projects. I’ve seen a solid ROI just from the time saved and better collaboration across departments. That said, smaller teams might find some features more than they need, so it’s really about matching it to your workflow.

Improved a lot over time
Started using Wrike around five years ago, and it’s definitely come a long way since then. The interface has become smoother and some of the newer features have made collaboration easier for my team.

Cleared Up Team Confusion
Our team was drowning in missed deadlines and unclear task ownership until we started using Wrike. It helped us get a clear visual on who was responsible for what and when things were due, which cut down on a lot of back-and-forth emails. The custom workflows made it easier to track progress on different project stages, and the real-time updates kept everyone on the same page. While it took a bit to get everyone fully comfortable with the interface, overall it really smoothed out our project management headaches.

Setup took some patience
Getting set up was a bit of a mixed bag — the initial onboarding was smooth, but digging into the features took longer than I expected. It wasn’t difficult, just a steeper learning curve than I hoped for.

Great for dependencies, reporting needs work
The task dependencies feature really helped keep our projects on track, but the reporting tools feel a bit clunky and could use some improvement.

Solid for team tasks
Works well for keeping my team's tasks in check, tho sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky. Overall, saves me a ton of back-and-forth emails.
