Great for managing complex projects
I switched from Asana and Trello because Wrike offers more detailed task dependencies and better reporting tools, which really helped keep our projects on track. The interface took a bit to get used to, but once I did, managing multiple teams became way easier. Overall, it struck a good balance between flexibility and structure for our workflow.

Decent but a bit pricey
The pricing for Wrike feels a bit steep if you're just a small team or solo user, especially when some features are locked behind higher tiers. That said, the platform does help keep projects organized, so in some ways it pays for itself by saving time. Still, I sometimes wonder if the cost really matches what I get, especially compared to simpler tools that are way cheaper. Overall, decent value but I’d want to see more features unlocked at the lower price points to feel better about the investment.

Gets the job done
Yeah, Wrike works fine for keeping track of projects, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky and takes longer to set up than I’d like.

Great task dependencies, mobile meh
The task dependency feature really helps keep our projects on track, but the mobile app could use some improvements—it’s a bit clunky at times.

Reliable with steady improvements
Started using Wrike around 4 years ago and it’s definitely improved a lot since then. The interface feels cleaner now and they've added features that actually make managing projects easier without overwhelming you. Only downside is sometimes the notifications get a bit spammy, but overall it’s been solid for what I need.

Smooth Team Collaboration Boost
Our team of about 15 started using Wrike a few months ago after management pushed for a more unified tool to handle our projects. Getting everyone on board wasn’t too difficult since the interface is pretty intuitive, and the real-time updates helped cut down a lot of back-and-forth emails. Collaboration improved noticeably, especially with task dependencies and shared calendars, which made coordinating deadlines way smoother. The only hiccup has been the occasional lag when multiple people update tasks simultaneously, but overall it’s been a solid upgrade for how we work together.

Finally Organized Project Tracking
Our team was drowning in scattered project updates and missed deadlines, which made tracking progress a nightmare. Wrike helped us centralize communication and visualize timelines clearly, so now we catch bottlenecks early and keep everything on track without endless email chains.

Helped with task clarity
Our team was drowning in miscommunication about task deadlines until Wrike helped us centralize updates and track progress more clearly. It definitely made managing projects easier, but the interface can get confusing and slow when handling large workloads.

Keeps the team aligned
Our team of about 12 switched to Wrike after trying a few tools, and it really helped keep everyone on the same page without endless emails. Getting everyone to actually use it took a couple of weeks, but now collaboration feels smoother and more transparent.

Cleared up communication chaos
Our team was drowning in endless email threads trying to track project progress, which made deadlines slip through the cracks. Wrike helped us centralize all communications and task updates in one place, so now everyone knows exactly what’s done and what’s next without chasing down info. It’s made a big difference in keeping us organized and on schedule.
