Best all-in-one HR tool
Switched from Gusto after struggling with their limited customization options, and Zenefits really nailed it for our small business needs. I also gave BambooHR a try, but Zenefits’ all-in-one platform, especially the benefits management and payroll integration, felt way more seamless. The dashboard is intuitive enough that even our less tech-savvy team members can get around it without much help, which was a pleasant surprise. Only thing is, sometimes the mobile app lags a bit, but overall it’s been a solid upgrade.
