Reliable and improving over time
Been with Zenefits for about five years now, and it’s definitely gotten smoother and more intuitive over time. When we first started, there were some hiccups with payroll and integrations, but most of those issues have been ironed out. The customer service has improved a lot too, which makes a big difference when something urgent pops up. Overall, it’s been a solid tool for managing HR without too much hassle.

Switched from Gusto after running into issues with their customer support and found Zenefits to be more intuitive overall. Compared it to BambooHR as well, but Zenefits’ benefits management features felt more robust for our needs. The dashboard is straightforward, and setting up payroll was surprisingly painless, which saved us a lot of time. The only downside was occasional slow loading times during peak hours, but it wasn’t a major disruption.
