Good value for money
The pricing feels fair for the features Zoho Books offers, especially if you manage invoicing and expenses regularly. It’s definitely great value for small teams trying to keep their finances in check without breaking the bank. While not the cheapest option out there, the time saved makes it worth the cost in my experience.

Great invoicing, shaky app
The invoicing feature is straightforward and saves me a ton of time, but the mobile app can be a bit sluggish when uploading receipts.

Simple, powerful accounting tool
I gave Zoho Books a shot after trying QuickBooks and FreshBooks, and honestly, it just fit my needs better. QuickBooks felt overwhelming with features I didn’t use, and FreshBooks was simpler but lacked some reporting depth. Zoho Books strikes a nice balance with an intuitive interface and solid automation that really cuts down on manual work. The bank feeds and invoice customization especially saved me a lot of time compared to the other two.

Streamlined Team Accounting Workflow
Our team of eight started using Zoho Books a few months ago after management decided to switch from our old accounting software. Getting everyone on board was smoother than expected since the interface is fairly intuitive, and the collaboration features let us assign tasks and track expenses without endless back-and-forth emails. It's helped our department stay more organized, especially with invoicing and expense approvals happening in one place. The only hiccup has been occasional syncing delays with bank transactions, but overall it’s been a solid addition to our workflow.

Invoicing headache solved
Had a nightmare trying to track invoicing across multiple clients until I started using Zoho Books. It simplified the whole process and even helped me catch a few missed payments, which saved me some headaches.

Good value for small businesses
Zoho Books offers solid features at a fair price, especially for small businesses trying to keep costs down. It might feel a bit pricey if you're just starting out, but the time it saves and the automation really make up for it. Overall, it’s been a worthwhile investment for managing my books without breaking the bank.

Great invoicing, clunky reports
The invoicing feature really saves me a ton of time with its customization options and easy sending process. On the other hand, the reporting dashboard could be more intuitive and sometimes feels a bit clunky to navigate.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting Zoho Books up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through most steps without much hassle, though I did have to look up a couple of settings on my own. Overall, had it working in about an hour and the learning curve wasn’t too steep for the basics.
